Check Chase Online - How it
Works
|
|
Check Chase Online
was designed to be intuitively powerful,
meaning the operational side is governed
by logical algorithms that pull
instructions from a simple setup form.
Because of this design, the system is
almost entirely automatic and requires
very little (if any) operational
oversight. This means you won't have to
learn a new software program or apply
daily resources to operate the system.
Check Chase Online will collect Consumer
Checks and Commercial Checks as well as
failed ACH transactions. Results of the
collection process are displayed in an
online control panel to be viewed any
time you wish. Reasonable user
intervention allows you to modify
re-presentment dates and remove
individual checks from the system when
customer service needs arise.
Using our online imaging system,
returned items are uploaded to the Check
Chase Online recovery program by your
bank. If your bank is unable to upload
returns directly to the system they can
mail the returns to Check Assist and we
will upload them on the banks behalf.
Or, if you're using Check Assist to
process your checks or ACH transactions
the system can add your returns
automatically.
Check Chase Online then schedules the
returns to be electronically represented
to the check writer's account. You can
follow the processes, view images and
run reports from our 24/7 reporting
site. Once collected, Check Chase Online
will pay 100% of the collected check to
your account via an ACH Credit.

Electronic is
Faster
|
|
Check Chase Online is designed to be used by any company (regardless
of size) that wishes to redeposit returned checks or failed ACH
transactions, electronically through the ACH network.
There are no
charges to use the system and you will receive 100% of the face
value of each check and share in the State Authorized fees that are
collected electronically.
