What to expect after you sign up.
Once completed, your online signup form
will be forwarded to our processing
department where your account will be
set up and a confirmation email sent to
you.
Included in your confirmation email will
be a link to the Check Chase Online
site, your temporary password, and
instructions on how to use the system.
A few days later you will receive a
welcome package in the mail containing:

Stickers to be placed at the point
of sale notifying consumers of your
check acceptance policies.

Bank release form that you will need
to deliver to your bank. This form
notifies the bank to forward any
returns to Check Assist so that we
can enter the returns into the Check
Chase Online system for you.

Toll free customer support and contact
information.

Instructions on navigating the
system. Don’t worry, it’s easy!
What to do when returned checks
arrive.
The bank will send any returned checks to Check Assist where they
will be entered into the Check Chase
Online solution. Check Chase Online
will then send you a notification email
letting you know that new returns have
been received. This is an immediate
email notification and takes place the
same day the new returns are received by
Check Assist.
Included in the email will be a link
that will take you directly to the Check
Chase Online system where the new
returns will be listed. You can review
the returns, print images of checks,
remove special customers from the
recovery process and create excel
spreadsheets to update AR package and
negative file systems.
How much of your involvement is
required?
Actually, none. One of the
attributes that makes Check Chase
Online superior to other
re-presentment services is its ability to
work for you unassisted, while at the
same time allowing you access to
intervene anytime that you wish.
